Title: Multi-skilled Engineers There are vacancies for Multi-skilled Engineers for both mobile and manned sites. Successful candidates will be time served engineers with experience in Facilities maintenance and repair.
Title: Electricians Working primarily on your own, with minimal supervision, you will be a time served electrician with a successfully completed apprenticeship and approved electrician status. You will have a certificate in IEE wiring regulations (16th edition) and working knowledge of the Electricity at Work Act is essential. In addition, you must have experience in operating, maintaining and testing electrical installations and systems, including LV switchgear, lighting, power and H&V controls.
Title: A/C Engineer Your main duties will include repairing and servicing splits, VRV, VRF, some chillers and most air conditioning systems. You will be working with some very important clients of the company and working on all commercial equipment. To be considered for this position you will need experience of servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems and have a good track record in the industry.
Title: Gas Service Engineers To be considered for this position you need to have experience with commercial heating systems and have provided service and maintenance to customers previously, you would also need to have the relevant qualification i.e. ACS commercial (COCN1 or cross over equivalent and related modules). ACS, commercial gas, heating, boilers, service, maintenance, commissioning, gas engineer, service engineer, COCN1, commercial cross over, combustion engineer, warm air heaters, manufacturer, buildinfg services, heating engineer.
Title: Joiners Applicants must be time served and have previous Joinery experience.
Title: Plumbers Applicants must be time served and have previous plumbing experience. Your role would be a mobile position dealing mostly with maintenance and reactive works however you may be required to carry out small installations. It would be an advantage if you were CORGI registered.
Title: Water Hygiene Technicians We are currently seeking to employ Legionella Risk Assessors/Water Hygiene Technicians to work in our specialist Water Hygiene Division. All applicants should have previous experience working in this type of environment.
